SHOP POLICY

NO Refunds unless I make I mistake on my end with your order.

NO returns / NO exchanges. Only acceptable if the item arrived damaged (MUST send videos or pictures for proof). Also available if you recived the wrong item. 

NO Cancellations. I will not cancel your order regardless of the situation unless there was mistake on my end.

If there is a problem with your order, you MUST contact me ASAP after recieving your package. You must send pictures

Business processing time is 2-5 business days (Weekends & Holidays are excluded).

Canada post Shipping is 2-4 days. Due to the Pandemic and upcoming Holidays mail companies may run slower than usual. 

Any item noted as * PRE-ORDER * means it can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive to me after it's processing time. Different items may have different processing times. Processing times for *preorder items* will still apply even if you pay for express shipping or buy the " RUSH MY ORDER ".

If your package is returned back to me for incorrect address details, you WILL have to pay the reshipment fee of $5. No refunds

I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is your job as a customer to keep track of when your package is going to deliver. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS and give them the tracking number that was provided on the order.
