Shop Policies

Thank you for supporting our small business! Please take a moment to review our policies before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • No Refunds unless the mistake is on our end with your order (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • No Returns/No Exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.
    • Proof Required: You must provide clear photos or videos as proof within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Story/Sale & Pop-Up Shop Policy

All Story/Sale and Pop-Up Shop sales are final.
As these items are offered at our lowest discounted rates, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchangesno exceptions.
Please ensure you review product details and confirm sizing before completing your purchase.



Order Cancellations

  • No Cancellations will be accepted under any circumstance unless there was an error on our end.

Issues with Orders

If there is a problem with your order:

  • Contact us ASAP after receiving your package.
  • Provide pictures or videos clearly showing the issue.

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Canada Post Shipping: 2-4 business days.
  • UPS Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Pre-Orders

  • Items labeled as Pre-Order may take 2-6 weeks to arrive to us after processing time.
  • This will always be clearly stated in the product description. Please carefully review the description to see if your item is pre-order and, based on that, feel free to contact us if you’d like an approximate timeline for production and shipping.
  • Processing times for pre-order items still apply even if you pay for express shipping or purchase "Rush My Order."

Pick-Up Orders

  • Pick-Up Policy:
    • Pick-up does not guarantee same-day fulfillment.
    • We are a small business and will schedule pick-up as soon as possible if we are unavailable at the time your order is placed.

At Premium Chick, we’re happy to offer pick-up as an option and always aim to accommodate immediate pick-up requests whenever possible.

However, please note:

Weekdays are the best times for pick-up.
Weekends can get busy, and pick-up availability is limited.
✅ We’re a small team and may not always be on-site with inventory ready to pack and process orders immediately.

When placing a pick-up order, please be patient and do your best to be flexible. We’ll always try our best to coordinate a time that works for both sides. Thank you so much for understanding and supporting our small business! 

Photo ID Requirement (Security Policy)

For all pick-up orders, valid government-issued photo ID is required at time of pick-up.
This helps us verify that the order matches the authorized purchaser and payment method for fraud-prevention and customer safety.

Important Notes:

• The name on the ID must match the payment name
• If you do not wish to show photo ID, you may choose to pay by e-transfer instead
• Orders will not be released without proper ID verification

This policy is in place to protect both our business and our customers, thank you for your cooperation and understanding!


Incorrect Address & Redirected Packages

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout:
    • You will be required to pay a new shipping fee for the package to be resent.
  • International Shipments:
    • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duty fees, we will not reclaim the package.
    • The customer is responsible for covering any applicable duty fees and re-shipment costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Missed Packages

  • Once your package is shipped out, you are 100% responsible for tracking your package.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missed packages.
  • If deliveries are attempted but you miss them, we will not be held responsible or accountable.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post) with your tracking number for assistance.

PayPal Ordering Policy
When placing an order through PayPal, please note the following:


• All PayPal disputes must be handled directly within the PayPal platform.
If a dispute is opened, we will no longer communicate through email, text, or social media. All communication will occur solely through PayPal until the dispute is resolved.

Once a PayPal dispute is opened, order processing and shipping will be paused.
We cannot ship any items while a case is active, as this protects both the buyer and the business.

PayPal deducts non-refundable fees from every transaction.
If a refund or exchange is approved for any reason, the refunded amount will not include the PayPal processing fee that was deducted at the time of purchase. These fees are kept by PayPal and are not returned to us.

By completing your order through PayPal, you are agreeing to these terms.
